There is a gap: international candidates need up to 12 months of continuous support — from initial contact through email, interview, getting a contract, visa, arrival, and their first weeks in Germany — but most candidates and German institutions cannot manage this alone. We connect pre-screened, motivated candidates with trusted German institutions through a free, fair, structured, and fully transparent information process.

Pathways

Paid vocational education combining classroom learning with on-the-job training in fields like nursing, IT, engineering, and more.
Duration: 1–3.5 years
Duales Studium
Combination of paid on-the-job training and university study in business, social work, engineering, IT and other fields.
Duration: 3-4 years
FSJ/BFD
Voluntary service with pocket money, health insurance, language support, and valuable experience in social sectors.
Duration: 1 year
Au Pair
Cultural exchange program with accommodation, meals, pocket money, health insurance, and language course support.

🎓 Language Requirement: Required: German B1 certificate; B2 preferred. Only eligible candidates will be accepted for registration for April 2027 / September 2027 intakes. We only refer candidates who possess a valid certificate issued by the Goethe-Institut or ÖSD.
Current focus: At this stage, AzubiTrack works primarily with candidates from Pakistan for Ausbildung, BFD, and FSJ in the elderly-care sector. We are seeking pre-screening enrolment from candidates with Intermediate/F.Sc. qualifications, German B1 (B2 preferred), for the September 2027 intake. Candidates from other countries are welcome to contact us for paid professional advisory services (see "Other Services") but are currently not eligible for free Ausbildung/BFD/FSJ referral.
Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed in person during planned visits to Pakistan, in line with the selection criteria of our German partner institutions. These cooperation arrangements, including planned one-year training programmes, are currently being developed, so specific details may change.

AzubiTrack provides FSJ/BFD/Ausbildung guidance free of charge. Currently, we do not have arrangements to charge German employers or institutions.
📋 Language requirement: We currently work exclusively with candidates who hold a German language certificate at B1 level or above. If you are still working towards B1, see our free learning resources below.
Motivated international candidates often cannot independently navigate the German Ausbildung system — not because they lack ability, but because German institutions cannot maintain continuous communication with hundreds of international enquiries before a contract is offered. AzubiTrack provides information and preparation guidance so that when you meet a German institution, you are ready.

⚠️ Important Conditions (Please Read Carefully)
📌 AzubiTrack does not guarantee any contracts, placements, or visas. We are a guidance and support organisation.
📌 In compliance with German law (§ 296 SGB III), AzubiTrack provides FSJ/BFD/Ausbildung guidance free of charge.
Realistic timelines: Even with a German B2 certificate, finding a genuine Ausbildung place in nursing or logistics as a candidate from Pakistan currently often means a waiting period of around one year, due to limited training slots and visa processing timelines. We are honest about this so you can plan realistically.
Pay and progression: After completing the one-year Ausbildung in elderly care (Pflegehilfskraft), you can expect a gross salary of around €3,040/month, plus employer contributions to pension and social security insurance. This first year is often creditable toward the longer 3-year Ausbildung as a fully qualified nurse (Pflegefachkraft) in a hospital or nursing home, opening a path to higher qualification, better pay, and more senior roles.
Please read carefully: Do not see this as simply a way to come to Germany. Elderly care work is physically and emotionally demanding: you will help both male and female residents equally, regardless of your own gender, with toileting, washing, and changing clothes. This is a normal and essential part of the job. Performance expectations are strict — there is no compromise on quality of care, and underperformance can lead to contract termination, including return to Pakistan without a further opportunity to reapply through this pathway.
For German Institutions
Pre-screened, motivated candidates with transparent documentation — ready to start.
You need motivated international candidates — but with limited and often stretched support staff, your team cannot maintain continuous communication with hundreds of enquiries over the 6–12 months between first contact and a candidate actually joining you. AzubiTrack fills that gap entirely: we pre-screen, coach, and prepare candidates on our side, so that by the time they reach you, the hard work is already done. You receive serious, prepared candidates — not raw enquiries.

AzubiTrack does not offer or guarantee any contracts, placements, or visas.
We operate in full compliance with German labour and migration law.
- For Ausbildung and FSJ/BFD, it is illegal to charge candidates any fee for securing a training or volunteer contract. AzubiTrack strictly adheres to this regulation.
- For Au Pair and direct job offers, German law allows limited-service fees: €150 for Au Pair and €1,500 for direct employment.
