Home / Ausbildung in Germany
Paid vocational training in Germany. Earn €800–€1,200/month while you train. We guide you from application to arrival — at no placement cost to you.
Ausbildung is Germany's dual vocational training system. You split your time between a company — where you earn a salary and gain hands-on experience — and a vocational school (Berufsschule), where you study the theory behind your trade.
For international candidates from Pakistan, South Asia, and beyond, Ausbildung offers one of the most realistic and legal pathways to live and work in Germany long-term — without university fees or a scholarship.
Your employer pays €800–1,200/month from day one. This is a work contract, not a scholarship.
The Berufsschule is free. Training costs are covered by the employer.
An Ausbildung contract qualifies you for a visa and a long-term path to permanent residency.
Germany actively recruits international talent to fill over 60,000 unfilled Ausbildung positions.
You do not need a university degree. The requirements are achievable for motivated young people from Pakistan, South Asia, and beyond.
A valid Goethe-Institut or ÖSD certificate at B1 level. B2 is an advantage for some fields.
Minimum 12 years of education: FA, F.Sc., ICS, A-Level, or equivalent vocational diploma.
Ideally under 24, though candidates up to 35 are considered depending on the field and employer.
Verified school certificates, passport, language certificate. No fake documents — ever.
Willingness to learn German, follow a structured plan, and commit to the full training duration.
Typically €11,208 required for the visa application (or proof of employer accommodation).
Germany has over 325 recognised Ausbildung professions. These fields have the highest demand and are most accessible to non-EU candidates.
