We provide fair, transparent guidance to motivated youth in Pakistan on their path to Germany — and we partner with German institutions to fill their needs.
Your success helps someone else succeed. After placement, you mentor one candidate for about 4 hours/month over 6 months. This keeps costs low, builds community & improves outcomes.
We design realistic pathways tailored to your language level, education & goals.
Age: 18–35 (preferably under 24); Pakistani education: FA / F.Sc. / ICS / Vocational diploma.
Paid vocational education combining classroom learning with on-the-job training in fields like nursing, IT, engineering, and more.
Duration: 2-3 years
Combination of paid on-the-job training and university study in business, social work, engineering, IT and other fields.
Duration: 3-4 years
Voluntary service with pocket money, health insurance, language support, and valuable experience in social sectors.
Duration: 6-18 months
Cultural exchange program with accommodation, meals, pocket money, health insurance, and language course support.

AzubiTrack is a consultancy and does not offer or guarantee any contracts, placements, or visas.
We operate in full compliance with German labour and migration law:
We do not charge placement fees. Our consultancy fees are inclusive of orientation, documentation, interview prep, visa support & post-arrival help.
The €2,000 fee for job placements supports our operations and consultation charges and reflects the immediate income access of candidates entering the job market directly. Other agencies are charging €7,500 for job offers or €2,500 or more for Ausbildung — often with no refund or transparency.
We stand for fairness, affordability & legality.
False claims (e.g. BISP) will result in permanent disqualification.
If dues remain unpaid after visa/contract issuance, AzubiTrack may notify the German Embassy in Islamabad and the contract provider.
